  • Immediate Notification: Notifying us immediately at security@cpdregistry.app if you suspect or discover unauthorized access to your account or any compromise of your credentials.
  • Strict Ethical Candor: Ensuring that all logged training hours, dates, course titles, and educational formats entered into the platform are entirely accurate, truthful, and compliant with the ethical standards and duty of candor mandated by your professional bar association.
  • Verification of Uploads: Verifying that you have the full legal rights and clearances to upload any completion certificates, invoices, or agendas to our servers.

2. Prohibited Content (Attorney-Client Privilege Protection)

To preserve professional confidentiality and prevent data breaches, you are strictly prohibited from uploading any materials that constitute, or could reasonably be construed as, confidential client case files, litigation briefs, contracts, or legally privileged communications.

The only files permitted for upload are:

  • Official CPD/training completion certificates.
  • Course agendas, syllabi, or registration confirmations.
  • Payment receipts or invoices from educational providers.

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree that you will not, under any circumstances, engage in any of the following activities:

  • Account Sharing: Sharing your individual account, secure OTP codes, or login access with any other individual, colleague, or third party. One subscription is strictly licensed to one natural person.
  • Fraudulent Logging: Fabricating training logs, backdating course records, forging completion certificates, or intentionally inflating logged credit hours.
  • Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our tracking algorithms, compliance calculation engines, or reporting systems.
  • Automated Data Scraping: Using any automated, programmatic, or scripted methods (including scraping, web harvesting, or data mining) to extract data, text, or database structures from the Service.
  • Competitive Development: Accessing our platform or viewing our source code/design tokens to design, develop, or build a product or service that directly or indirectly competes with CPD Registry.
  • System Interference: Introducing, or permitting the introduction of, any viruses, malware, trojan horses, worms, or other malicious code into our hosting network, Cloudflare storage, or database systems.

4. Enforcement and Termination

4.1. Suspension & Termination: Any violation of this AUP constitutes a material breach of our Terms of Service. CPD Registry reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate your account without notice or refund if we detect a violation.

4.2. Regulatory Cooperation: In the event of an official ethical inquiry, audit, or subpoena issued by a competent professional regulator (such as Sveriges Advokatsamfund), CPD Registry will cooperate fully with the regulatory body and disclose required logs, subject to applicable laws and proper legal processes.

5. Personal Data Processing

To operate the Service and verify your compliance logs, CPD Registry processes your personal data. You can find detailed information on how we secure your data and your rights under the GDPR in our Privacy Policy.
